The Service We Offer

Our company is happy to take your Will instruction at a place and time convenient to you. We are able to offer you guidance and advice in plain English. Our fees are extremely reasonable, given to you in advance and the prices quoted are fixed with no hidden costs.

The procedure to write your Will is that we meet for about 1 hour to take your instruction. Following this we send a draft copy of your Will for your approval. Finally we meet for a second time to have your Will legally signed and witnessed.

As members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) we are fully trained and qualified by examination. We are also regulated by the IPW and work to their Code of Practice.

For your protection, all our work is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance worth £2million.

We also adhere to the Data Protection Act which means all our discussions remain confidential.
